I don’t know if you’ve heard of Citrimax, but I started taking it just over two months ago and I’ve lost 15lbs. I know many diet pills out there say “take this, work out, eat a sensible diet, and you will lose weight”. Well if I worked out and ate right, I’d lose weight anyways without the diet pill. But with Citrimax, I’ve been able to eat almost the same, I eat the same food but it has curbed my appetite so I don’t eat as much, I don’t work out, and I’ve been able to lose some weight. I know some things work for some and not for others, so I’m not going to say that Citrimax will work for you, what I will say is give it a try. What do you have to lose, oh yeah, weight…

Winning tiny string bikini contestants don’t get their crowns (or bikini vouchers) without a little hard work and preparation beforehand. If you are planning on becoming the next top string bikini model by entering and winning a number of bikini contests across the country, here are ten top tips to help you get there.

1. Be Confident
Bikini models that make it big are usually those that believe in themselves. So, make sure you do! Choose a string bikini you are comfortable with, that accentuates your best features, so you really feel like you are putting your best foot – or any other body part – forward. Strut your stuff as though you are already a top model worldwide and you will find that others will already see you in the image you want to portray.

2. Be Sexy
String bikini models are adept at showing – and covering – the right places. It’s not so much about who shows the most skin, as who does it in the sexiest way. Sometimes a little more material leaves a sexier impression. Other times, less is more. Whatever way you go, make sure it’s sexy and not slutty.

3. Be Happy
The most prominent attribute of bikini models – apart from the obvious physical ones – is usually a smile. No grumpy model ever won a bikini contest, so make sure your judges see you smile and laugh…as a frown could cost you your crown.

4. Be Fit
Flabby bikini models do not win contests, no matter how beautiful they are. Nor do lazy ones. Yes, it’s true, rigorous training and workouts are tiring, but if being a winning bikini contest model is your dream, make sure you give yourself the best shot at it. Look at each contest as your doorway to a new career and make sure you are at your absolute physical best when you enter. If you feel your body is at its prime, then your confidence will be high, you will feel happy with yourself, and you will undoubtedly look great.

5. Be Tanned
A bikini model without a tan is like a string bikini without a string! Though the easy way out is just to sit in the sun, with health warnings these days urging us to care for our skin, cover up, and stay out of the sun, a well-administered fake tan will work just as well. The key though, is to maintain consistency. Sexy you may be in your string bikini, but a winner you will not if you sport blotchy or very orange fake tan. Do it right. Go to professionals.

6. Be Savvy
Savvy string bikini models research before entering their contests. If you know your judges names, read up on them and see if you can’t learn something that will provide an edge. Perhaps your main judge likes the colour yellow – so wear a yellow swimsuit. Make sure you know exactly where the bikini contest will be held and at what time, and for how long it will last. If you know other bikini models who will be entering, see if you can get a copy of their profiles and study what you’re up against. If it’s a contest that has been running for a few years, try to learn a fact or two about it. That way, if someone asks you a question you won’t appear to be just a body in a bikini.

7. Be Prepared
Take a spare bikini or two, extra make-up, and several types of shoes, just in case something happens to what you plan to wear on the day of the contest.

8. Be Unique
Bikini models that have something that is unique and stands out are a lot easier to remember than those who don’t. If you naturally have a unique feature, such as an unusual eye colour or strong jawline, capitalise on it by choosing an appropriately colour or style of bikini. If not, then a more unusual hairstyle, tattoo, piece of jewellery or shoe style could be the enhancement you need to become unique in your chosen bikini contest.

9. Be Realistic
If possible, have someone (preferably a professional) take your picture whilst you are being judged so you can critique yourself afterwards or if you were perfect, get a great picture to use for self-promotion.

10. Be YOU

My move from Blackberry Storm to iPhone 3Gs

The decision has been made, the move is done. For years now I have been a loyal Verizon customer, going through many phones over the years and finally landing on the Blackberry Storm 9500. At first the Storm was very cool; it has everything but Wi-Fi. I really like the ability to use a Micro SD card, standard headset jack, the camera, etc. However it didn’t take long to find the flaws. The floating screen gets dirt down in the cracks around the screen very easy, finger prints are horrible, and it’s quite heavy. Over all of that though, the biggest issue I had with it, was the constant locking up. The phone could be sitting there asleep, someone calls, by the time I get it to wake up and do anything the call has gone to voicemail. It also locked up quite a bit doing other jobs, such as taking pictures, opening apps, etc. I had this issue on the first Storm I bought, though it was just that one so I swapped it out under the warranty to find out that it seems to be the case with all of them. Sad to say, I am very disappointed with the device.

So the hunt began, what device do I like, what do I want, who’s service do I want. I looked at many different service providers, many different phones
and was considering a Pay as you go phone such as AT&T has with the
ATT GoPhone service. However after talking to many different people, many different service providers and I decided to give the iPhone a try. Let me say, I’m a PC person, never really cared about Apple or AT&T. That is until now… The iPhone has blown me away, it’s very responsive, has not locked up yet, has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and I can answer a call when it comes in. The only complaint I have so far about the iPhone is the lack of being able to send picture text, but I hear that we will be able to do that later this summer. The iPhone takes great pictures, has great sound, easy to use, easy to navigate, etc. I really like how the iPhone handles email, visual voicemail, and the overall file management of the system. I am impressed, surprised but still impressed. I may have to try some other Apple products.
